                           Bring water, towel and yoga matt to all class types

Nia Class- The Focus is always changing to allow you to find new ways to find joy in your body, energize your mind and renew your spirit. Always something new.....Suitable for everyone.
 
Nia Clinic-The Focus is the PRACTICE. Intention to help new and veteran students to understand more about the basics of Nia: steps and stance, decoding the  choreography  and awakening to the 13 principles of Nia. Perfect for anyone who would like to deepen their practice. Each class will review different elements of Nia and end with a guided meditation. Students are encouraged to bring their questions about Nia to this open forum.
 
Nia Boot Camp-The focus is SWEAT. This class is geared towards students looking to get a great workout, add a little athleticism to their Nia practice and challenge themselves in order to tone their bodies, minds and spirit for an early morning work out to remember.
 
Gentle Nia-The Focus is DYNAMIC EASE. Playing with the 5 sensations of Nia: Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Stability and Strength, this class is designed for anyone looking for a quieter, gentler class. We will work with movement and healing staying at a level one and end with mediation.
